If you have property – either residential or commercial – in the Arcadia Historic District, you must comply with the Historic District guidelines for any exterior adjustments.

The property owner must apply to the Historic Preservation Commission for a certificate of appropriateness before a structure in the Historic District can be altered or demolished.
